| Welp, it has been quite sometime since my last entry but I am still alive. Much has happened since March 4th (my last entry), but I don’t feel like typing all of it out so I will mention some of the highlights. I started new job which I love and most of the time can't believe I get paid for, I became single..again, I moved out of my house in Winona Lake over to one in Warsaw with three new roommates, went to some weddings, I went home twice to visit my increasingly crazy family, and I have been having a ton of fun going out on the lakes this summer which is something I haven't been able to do before this summer. Other than that I’ve just been hanging out having fun with friends and enjoying life. Hopefully it wont take four months for me to update again. | | |
| Well it has been quite a while since my last update but im sure all of my avid readers have made it. It is now spring break for Grace College but I am no longer a student so this just means most of my friends go to Florida or Toronto and I stay here to work. This is somewhat depressing, but it means I can get some stuff done. For example I decided to work on my car a little bit today and because its so cold out side came in and out. The first thing I did today was put a new mp3 player in my car. My car was getting dirty so I decided to clean it out and I left my radio on. Then came inside to change laundry around then I took a shower and surfed the wild waves of eBay forgetting that I left my radio on. I finally remember like 4 hours later and go out to finish cleaning my car which has been on for like 6 hours with music blasting. Then I decided to run back inside to get a few cd's and then I was going to make one. I am dumb so I left my radio on still. After having the radio on for like 7 hours I go to leave and my car wont start. I realized that my lights were on the whole time. I have those stupid lights that turn on and off automatically so I usually leave them on and the turn off themselves. Well my key was in the ignition so they were on all afternoon. Moral of the story I am dumb and all of my friends are in Florida or Toronto. So I am updating my xanga then figuring something else to do until my roommate hopefully comes home tonight so I can jump my car. | | |
| Well things have been annoying lately for a bunch of reasons, here are a few;
My parents just recently decided they wanted to move and then like a week later they found a house and everything. So now after I was almost sure I was moving home my parents decide to move an hour away and Andrew gets accepted into Grace and now I am back to not being sure. Also things at work have been going pretty well so that's another reasons I might not want to leave. The thought of staying in northern Indiana much longer is so annoying but it is much harder to leave then it should be. I just don't know what to do.
I bought a new car with intentions to trade in my old one but the dealer told me I should sell it because I would easily be able to get a 1000 extra then what he could give me. So that's what I did and was about to sell my car when my parents said they needed it. Of course when I asked them for money for it my mom was mad because I "never appreciate what they do for me." So money has been more tight then I am used to lately which is probably good for me because I spend to much anyway. At the same time its annoying because I am not used to conserving money.
I recently drove my old car back home and flew back here it was one of the worst days in my life. I left my house in PA at 5am so I could be back to Winona Lake in time for work at 2pm, except I wasn't. I didn't get here until 12:30am the next day. I hate airports. I sat waiting for my first flight for an extra 8 hours because of fog.  | | |
| Well it has been a very long time since I have updated my xanga but its ok since barely anyone ever reads it. This holiday season was definitely different then any before I wasn't with my family for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years, so that was definitely a change. Anyway, things have been going well besides not being home for the holidays. I was able to spend them with the guys I work with over the holidays which was really cool because only a couple of them went home since a lot of the have been given up on by their families or their families are just to worried about having them around. I was at least happy to be able to spend time with them since I am in some cases the only family/friend they have, aside from the guys they live with in the house. Since my life is so overwhelmingly exciting, I will only share three holiday highlights. I had exciting trip to Hardees on Christmas with Nate. Since it was the only place open there were tons of families, screaming kids and a long wait. Lauren coming out to visit Jess and myself. And of course during the holidays I always enjoy having an excuse to eat like I normally do. | | |
